ANTI-STAT POP

The protection of devices and components sensitive to electrostatic discharge is based on evening out the electrostatic potential of all parts of the workplace including workers to the same level. And therefore the specific resistance of mats and floor plates the same as for other grounded devices and loads, i.e. (Rg) 106 Ω to 109 Ω. The IEC61340-5-1 and ANSI EOS/ESD 6.1 standard require all conductive parts of an anti-static workplace, including persons, to be interconnected at the same grounding point. This evens out the electrostatic potential of the entire anti-static workplace and prevetns the step equalization of potential.

Use anti-static mats together with accessories used for connecting all parts of the workplace including a worker at a single grounding point and the safe conduction of static electricity.

• The surface of the vinyl floor plate/mat conducts static electricity from objects placed on it.

• It protects sensitive components against electrostatic discharge and mechanical damage.

• The surface is smooth, abrasion resistant and easy to clean.

• Total thickness: 6.4 mm.

• Weight: 3 kg/m².

• Complies with EOS/ESD-S4, specific resistance in the work area Rg 107 Ω a Rp 108 Ω.

• Electrostatic charge (step test), complies with ISO6356 and EN1815.

Recommended load: Under components sensititve to static electricity.

Floor mat grounding cable:

• 4.5 m grounding cable for connecting floor mats with the grounding point.

• The cap is pushed onto the mat and the connector or eyelet is connected to the grounding point.

• The low bevelled cap protects against unwanted disconnections.

• A 1 MegaOhm resistor is inserted to protect the operator.

• The other end of the cable has an eyelet or snap-on 10 mm Connector.

• Complies with the requirements of ANSI/ESD S-20.20 and EIA625 standards.

Table mat grounding cable:

• 4.5 m grounding cable for grounding up to two wristbands and floor plates/table mats.

• Guarantees that all parts have the same electrostatic potential.

• The cap is pushed onto the mat and the connector or eyelet is connected to the grounding point.

• A 1 MegaOhm resistor is inserted to protect the operator.

• The other end of the cable has an eyelet or snap-on 10 mm Connector.

• Complies with the requirements of ANSI/ESD S-20.20 and EIA625 and ANSI/ESD S6.1 standards.

Twisted cable for wristband:

• 1.8 m of twisted cable to connect the wristband and the table mat grounding point.

• A 1 MegaOhm resistor is inserted to protect the operator. 10 mm connector to the wristband and banana plug (with crocodile) on the other end.

• Complies with the requirements of EOS/ESD S1, MIL-STD-1686 and EIA 625 standards.

Wristband:

• The wristband connects the worker's skin with the grounding wire, making it the primary tool for protection against static electricity. When properly applied and connected to the grounding point, it safely conducts static electricity from the surface of the worker's body.

• Complies with the requirements of EOS/ESD S1, MIL-STD-1686 and EIA 625 standards.

Grounding socket:

• To connect grounding cables to the ground.

• A 1 MegaOhm resistor is inserted to protect the operator.

• Enables connecting three 10 mm connectors simultaneously.

Heel grounding band

• Tool for grounding a standing or walking person, made of conductive rubber bands. The tool is used to establish electric contact between the anti-static floor mat and the surface of the worker's body.
